The flexitank is a new type of soft packaging container which can store and transport all kinds of non dangerous liquid goods.
The container mainly adopts multi-layer structure, which is composed of outer layer PP woven cloth and inner layer PE film. Its volume is generally 14-25 cubic meters, and can store and transport 24000 liters of liquid at a time.
It can be placed in a 20 foot or 40 foot container, or in a high rail trailer hanging bucket for door-to-door transportation. It is suitable for sea and land transportation.
Compared with traditional liquid containers such as cans and barrels, it can greatly reduce the cost of packaging, handling and logistics.

Packaging & Shipping
Packing in to box. Inside full in there is a waterproof plastic bag, outside with plywood or carton, then fastened with the plastic rope specializes packing for secure and package into the pallet.
All the steps made carefully and test by engineers.
We could supply all kinds of container spare parts, and also accept Mix Order loaded into one container for shipping.

Q1: Is the flexitank reusable?
A: The standard version is single use to avoid cross contamination of residual liquid. We supply heavy duty reinforced flexitanks for repeated usage on request.
Q2:Which size of shipping container does the flexitank fit?
A:The mainstream model suits standard 20 foot dry cargo container. 40ft customized flexitank is optional.
Q3: What liquids can be transported?
A: All non-hazardous liquids: edible oils (palm, soybean, sunflower, olive), wine, fruit juices, concentrates, latex, water, UCO/UVO, biodiesel and non-hazardous chemicals. Hazardous/regulated liquids are not suitable.
Q4: Do I need a special shipping container?
A: A regular 20 foot dry cargo container works perfectly, no container reconstruction needed.
Q5:What temperature range can it withstand?
A:Standard products suit -20°C to +60°C filling/transport conditions.
