The container lifting lug is used to safely lift shipping containers using the appropriate techniques. The lifting lugs minimize the exertion of forces on containers if they have not been designed to accommodate lifting via the corner castings.

This container lifting lug can easily be inserted into a corner casting and also has an added safety feature, i.e., the black slider which falls into place once the lug has been inserted and twisted into the corner casting.
To remove the lug, simply lift the black slider and twistlock the lug 90° and pull it out of the corner casting and store it correctly.

Easy Installation and removal, simply insert and turn.
Equipped with a locking pin to prevent slipping.
Easy to place at the top/side of the Corner Castings.
