The day started fine and gradually turned overcast with gentle breezes, creating a pleasant environment for outdoor activities. Team challenges including group rope skipping and drum ball tapping seemed simple in appearance but demanded precise rhythm control and tacit teamwork. During the training, all employees set aside individual concerns, quickly formed teams, divided responsibilities and assisted one another. Everyone contributed ideas proactively, adjusted strategies and remedied weaknesses in a timely manner. During the competition, all employees responded rapidly and cooperated efficiently. The fulfilling day of training concluded at 17:20 with sporadic drizzling rain.
